• Put cool water in a sink or large bowl.
• The water should have just a few suds when you add a small amount of mild detergent straight into it.
• Underwater, fully submerge your scarf.
• Make sure the scarf sits in the water for around fifteen minutes.
• The water needs to be drained or poured out.
• Put cool tap water on your scarf and let it drip dry.

Bank holidays and weekends are not acceptable delivery days. Weekends are not a time when customer service is available.

You need to check each delivery as soon as possible. If there is any damage or shortage, it must be reported the same day.

The return form is only available to you up to 20 days after the time of order delivery. Returns after this time will not be accepted.

Return or exchange orders must be received within 10 days in extraordinary condition; clothes that have been washed, worn, or used will not be accepted. Import charges are not refundable. Customers must pay shipping & return fees.
